Chom Chom—Rambutan in English—is colorful and chewy with a large central seed.

Saboche has a firm texture and neutral taste—neither sweet nor sour—and grows across the street from the house of our Grandfather host.

Bong Bong also grows nearby. Bong Bong has a two layer skin. You really want to remove both at the same time. If you separate them you get really sticky.
