A security officer attempts to play with a young shy boy at Yasukuni Shrine — 靖国神社 — Tokyo, Japan.
When the boy shies away and pulls back toward his mother the officer suggests a hat exchange.

Established in 1869 as Shokonsha and renamed 10 years later, Yasukuni Shine honors the war dead of Japan. It sits in Central Tokyo near the Imperial Palace.
